👉Usually ends with a job in hand after completion.

👉College students getting practical knowledge/real world experience.
👉Usually not paid.
👉Less responsibility is there as most of the students (interns) look for a job after completing their college edu. not just after its completion.
👉Duration= short
👉Usually ends with experience.
