1). Epitome (noun)

Meaning: a person or thing that is a perfect example of a particular quality or type./ एक परफेक्ट उदाहरण या प्रकार 

Synonyms: personification, embodiment, incarnation, paragon; essence

Usage: She looked the epitome of elegance and good taste.

2). Castigate (verb)

Meaning: reprimand (someone) severely.

Synonyms: reprimand, rebuke, admonish, chastise, chide, upbraid, reprove/ आलोचना करना/ फटकारना 

Usage: He was castigated for not setting a good example.

3). Apprehension (noun)

Meaning: anxiety or fear that something bad or unpleasant will happen./ किसी होने वाले कार्य को लेकर चिंता 

Synonyms: alarm, worry, uneasiness, unease, nervousness,

Usage: He had been filled with apprehension at having to report his failure.

4). Approbation (noun)

Meaning: approval or praise./ स्वीकारना या तारीफ करना 

Synonyms: acceptance, assent, endorsement, encouragement

Usage: He yearned for popular approbation.

5). Refractory (adjective)

Meaning: stubborn or unmanageable./ ज़िद्दी 

Synonyms: obstinate, mulish, bull-headed, intractable

Usage: The refractory students spend a great deal of time in the detention room.

6). Pique (noun)

Meaning: A feeling of irritation or resentment resulting from a slight, especially to one's pride./ चिड़चिड़ाहट/ परेशानी

Synonyms: diverse, many, numerous, various, varied

Usage: The multifarious local and ethnic traditions that are found in the USA.

9). Torpor (noun)

Meaning: A state of physical or mental

inactivity; lethargy./ आलसपन या धीरे गति करना 

Synonyms: lethargy, torpidity, sluggishness,

inertia, inertness, inactivity

Usage: He spent most of the journey in a state of torpor.

10). Audacious (adjective)

Meaning: Showing a willingness to take surprisingly bold risks./ साहस दिखाने वाला 

Synonyms: bold, daring, fearless, intrepid,

brave, unafraid

Usage: The audience were left gasping at his audacious exploits.

Note- Though the aforementioned words in a particular category are synonymous, there are subtle differences between the contexts and usages of any two words mentioned in the same category. Consult a good dictionary to know them!
