Synonymous words 

1). Serendipity, chance, happy chance, fluke (तेज़ किस्मत)

2). Quaint, picturesque, charming, sweet, attractive, pleasantly old-fashioned (आकर्षक/ अच्छा)

e.g. Narrow streets lead to a quaint bridge over the river.
